Provide up to 197 Cutter Boat Over-The-Horizon V’s (CB-OTH V) that will deploy from USCG parent cutters (ships) such as the National Security Cutters, Offshore Patrol Cutters, Polar Security Cutters, Medium Endurance Cutters, and Fast Response Cutters.

The CB-OTH V is a multi-mission asset supporting: Search and Rescue, Drug Interdiction, Alien Migrant Interdiction Operations, Living Marine Resource, Other Law Enforcement, and Defense Readiness. Parent cutters may employ the CB-OTH V throughout a spectrum of climates, weather conditions, sea states, and in both day and night environments.
