Description

Support the Army's environmental cleanup program, replacing the existing Environmental Remediation Multiple Award (ERMA) IDIQ Contract which is nearing expiration. The Contractor will be required to provide a wide range of environmental investigations, remediation, and munitions response activities at various installations/locations throughout the United States (US) including the territories of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The Government anticipates awarding firm-fixed price Task Orders (TOs) against the Base Contracts. Anticipated work would be conducted under the Installation Restoration Program (IRP), Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP), Base Realignment and Closure Program (BRAC), Compliance Cleanup Program (CC), and/or the Operational Range Assessment Program (ORAP), which are program areas under the Army Environmental Cleanup Program.
