Description

Provide analytical, technical, programmatic and financial support services of short and long term duration, or that require unique Naval Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Space experience that cannot be supported by the existing federal workforce for the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Information Dominance (DCNO N2/N6). The required services are divided into two types:
*Executive Level, including short-term projects, special studies, strategic analyses support, and high-level briefings
*Basic Level, including analytical, technical, financial management support, programmatic support, data collection, policy review, and process research
