Monitoring Evaluation Learning Services (EVAL ME II)

Provide monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) services in order to promote evidence-based decision making for adaptive management across USAID. The services under these awards require skills in monitoring, evaluation research design (including qualitative methods, quantitative impact evaluation methods, experimental and quasi-experimental design), data collection, analysis, and synthesis, report writing, and planning for USAID’s Office of Policy, Planning and Learning, Office of Learning, Evaluation, and Research (USAID/PPL/LER). MEL services ultimately help the Agency more effectively support countries on their journeys to self-reliance. This vehicle is a 100% SBA set-aside.
