Medical Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) 2016

Maintain and distribute all required medical, surgical, dental, and laboratory supplies and other contracted medical/surgical supplies used in a medical facility. The program supports the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), which manages the United States’ largest integrated healthcare system. In 2013 the system consisted of 21 Veterans Integrated Services Networks (VISNs) with approximately 150 Medical Centers (MCs), 820 outpatient clinics, and various other facilities to include Community Living Centers (CLCs), Vet Centers and Domiciliaries. Together these health care facilities, and the more than 53,000 independent licensed health care practitioners who work within them, provide comprehensive care to about 9.3 million enrolled Veterans.
