Description
Includes lease to ownership plans (LTOPs), which are intended for federal agencies who want to lease all types of copiers to ultimately secure ownership. When the lease period ends and all charges are paid, the leased equipment and its titles are immediately transferred from the contractor to the federal customer. NOTE: The lease rate does not include the cost of maintenance or consumable supplies.
