Includes cost-per-copy plans for copiers. The contractor provides the required copier equipment, including all accessories, attachments, copy-control devices and systems, consumable supplies (except copying paper and transparency films), and full-service maintenance, including repair parts. NOTE: Customer decides required copier capabilities and pays a fixed monthly fee based on the guaranteed minimum number of copies per month. For copies over the guaranteed minimum, the customer pays an additional fee for each copy made.
