Global Advisory and Support Services IDIQ

Provide global advisory services on behalf of the Department of State including:
(1) Advisory services to Host Governments, security force units, security organizations, and U.S. Embassy country teams globally, as defined at the Task Order level.
(2) Training services to Host Governments, security force units, security organizations, and U.S. Embassy country teams globally, as defined at the Task Order level.
(3) Reach-back facilitation services to Host Governments, security force units, security organizations, and U.S. Embassy country teams globally, as defined at the Task Order level.
(4) Site Coordinator Services, to monitor and observe Contractors and grantees (e.g., to oversee State-funded facilities projects or equipment deliveries), as determined at the Task Order level.
(5) Logistics support services and life-support for all personnel performing under this contract.
(6) Detailed reports to State, as required by Data Deliverables at the Task Order level.
