FBI Architectural, Engineering and Planning (AEP) Services IDIQ

Provide Architectural, Engineering, and Planning (AEP) services including both design and engineering services as well as on-site support services on behalf of the FBI. Design and engineering tasks include the preparation of drawings, specifications, design analysis, and cost estimates. Additionally, services such as site investigation, surveying, drafting, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Computer Aided Design (CAD) are required. The preparation of complete construction documents suitable for competitive bidding, as well as construction phase support including inspection and construction administration services, are also part of the scope. Environmental impact analysis, land surveying, subsurface investigation, conceptual design drawings, and the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for design-build services are included as well.

The services are divided into three regions: the National Capital Region (NCR) including Quantico, Virginia; Huntsville, Alabama at the Redstone Arsenal; and Clarksburg, West Virginia. Services may also be performed at other FBI facilities throughout the United States.
