DCSA Background Investigation Fieldwork Services

Support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in vetting, industrial security engagement, counterintelligence support, and education in support of background investigation (BI)s. Services will include, but are not limited to, conducting Enhanced Subject Interview (ESI)s, obtaining personal testimony from a variety of sources, conducting record searches, obtaining records from various repositories and reporting information obtained. Locations where field investigating is required are based on information provided by the individual subjects or developed during the investigation. Approaches for conducting investigation services will include in-person collection of information as well as, potentially, emerging uses of collaboration and supporting technologies as provided for in the DCSA investigative policies and procedures.
