Army Targetry Systems III (ATS III)

Provide live-fire training by U.S. forces and/or its allies for the purpose of developing and improving their combat skills when they are called upon to conduct military exercises and/or participate in actual combat actions against opposing forces. This training is accomplished in various geographical locations throughout the world and in all extremes of environment. The ATS program serves as the Army's contract mechanism for procuring live-fire training ranges which are utilized by U.S. forces.
