Sub Description
IBM will develop an Online System Plan for the development and implementation of an online Charter School Program (CSP) monitoring and data collections system. IBM will create the online system for CSP monitoring and data collection. IBM will use technical solutions to collect, compile, and report CSP data on a web-based system. The system will monitor and track grantee administration as well as facilitate the collection, synthesis, and analysis of performance data. IBM s technical solution will include online system management; system monitoring and troubleshooting; and ongoing user and grantee technical support. IBM will develop a manual that will include the necessary system information for all customers, including CSP staff, SEA and CMO grantees, and other online users, for system implementation and data input.
