Xbox Series S Custom Bundle for Lakin Correctional Facility

Background
The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security – Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Corrections & Rehabilitation for the Lakin Correctional Center and Jail.
The goal of this contract is to establish a one-time purchase agreement for Xbox Series S Custom Bundles to enhance recreational activities within the facility.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide a total of sixteen (16) Xbox Series S Custom Bundles, each with the following specifications:
1. Xbox Series S Custom Bundle (1TB) or equivalent, which must include:
- 1TB hard drive
- One (1) wired controller (not warrantied)
- Three (3) year limited warranty with lifetime tech support
- HDMI power
- Holographic Security Stickers or equivalent
- No disc reader or Bluetooth functionality.
2. Xbox System Wi-Fi Removal Technical Service, which includes a patented process to remove Wi-Fi circuitry, ensuring the system does not search for disabled Wi-Fi hardware. This process voids the manufacturer's warranty but is covered by FLE’s warranty.
3. Pre-Installed Games: Each system must come pre-installed with a selection of games including Madden NFL 24, NBA 2K24, FIFA 24, and others totaling thirty-seven games listed in the solicitation.
4. Security Case: Each Xbox must be provided with an acrylic security case that locks in two places and allows for necessary plug-ins and air circulation, as well as being mountable to a wall or surface.

Period of Performance
The vendor must deliver all contract items within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receiving a purchase order and provide onsite setup and application training within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery.

Place of Performance
The contract items will be delivered to Lakin Correctional Center and Jail located at 11264 Ohio River Road, West Columbia, WV 25287.
