Virtual Call Center

Background
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Agency, WorkForce West Virginia, is seeking bids from qualified vendors to establish an open-ended contract for the purchase of a Virtual Call Center.
This initiative aims to enhance the agency's operational capabilities in managing calls and providing services effectively.

Work Details
The contract will include the following services and products:
1. AWS Services - Estimates; actual costs will be based on consumption.
2. Cloud Assured Managed Services - Estimates; actual costs will be based on consumption.
3. Professional Service Hours (Project Manager) - Estimated hours based on consumption.
4. Professional Service Hours (Junior Developer) - Estimated hours based on consumption.
5. Professional Service Hours (Senior Developer) - Estimated hours based on consumption.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will remain effective until all services have been delivered or as specified in the contract terms.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at WorkForce West Virginia, located at 1900 Kanawha Blvd, East, Building 3, Charleston, WV.
