Video Production Services

Background
The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the West Virginia Conservation Agency to establish a contract for Video Production Services.
The goal of this contract is to provide professional video production services that meet the agency's needs for educational and promotional content.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Video Production Services as specified in the attached documentation.
2. Educational Videos for GLCI (Green Leadership Community Initiative) as detailed in the attached specifications.
Each service must adhere to the requirements outlined in the solicitation documents, including quality standards and delivery timelines.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by October 31, 2025.
The initial term may be extended upon mutual agreement between the agency and the vendor.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at locations designated by the West Virginia Conservation Agency, primarily in Charleston, WV.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division and must have paid any applicable fees.
Additionally, vendors are required to maintain commercial general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and automobile liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.
Vendors must also comply with all applicable state laws and regulations.
