Hosting & Maintenance- Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Sys.

Background
The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division, is issuing a Central Sole Source Determination for the Hosting and Maintenance of the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance System. This contract aims to ensure the ongoing support and operational functionality of the system that assists in managing unemployment claims during the pandemic. The goal is to provide reliable maintenance and hosting services to Workforce West Virginia.

Work Details
The contractor will provide monthly maintenance and hosting services for the West Virginia Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) System. This includes:
- Maintenance, support, and hosting of the WV PUA system.
- Management of data history related to claimants' applications, weekly certifications, benefits, federal reports, overpayments, and appeals.
- Unlimited access to the system/database for all Workforce West Virginia staff.
- The service is priced at $45,000 per month as per the attached quote.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on May 5, 2025, and will continue through September 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Workforce West Virginia located at 1900 Kanawha Blvd East, Building 3, Suite 300, Charleston, WV 25305.
