Gee Whiz Software - Bank Scan Fusion Center

Background
The West Virginia Fusion Center is seeking to procure a software solution to assist in converting bank and credit card statements into electronic formats.

The agency intends to make a direct award for the Gee Whiz BankScan Software subscription license and support, as it is deemed necessary for their operations. Work Details
The contract involves providing a one-year subscription license for the Gee Whiz BankScan Software, with optional renewals.

The software must convert bank and credit card statements into Excel or other electronic formats efficiently while performing extensive error and consistency checks. It should also be capable of separating different types of accounts and generating individual Excel sheets for each account.

The vendor will provide four machine licenses, free library and program updates, phone, email, and WebEx support, unlimited template requests, and four hours of online training. The total cost for the first year is $2,545.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on November 15, 2024, and run through November 15, 2025, with options for renewal in subsequent years.

Place of Performance
