Filenet Server Migration/Upgrade

Background
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of Offices of the Insurance Commissioner to establish a contract for FileNet server migration services and licensing renewal.

Work Details
The contract requires renewal of expired licenses and software installation/configuration, and a block of support hours without expiration for IBM software that is beyond end of life. The mandatory requirements include FileNet migration to new server and patches, installation of FileNet software on new virtual machines provided by WV Office of Technology, migration of FileNet databases from Oracle to Microsoft SQL Server, configuration and testing of new installation, and emergency support for Filenet applications on an as needed basis. The vendor must have at least 10 years of experience in IBM FileNet installation and configuration, as well as IBM Capture support.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term extends until one year with the possibility of renewal for up to three successive one-year periods or multiple renewal periods of less than one year. The contract may be renewed upon mutual written consent of the Agency and the Vendor.

Place of Performance
All work can be done over VPN. No travel is expected.
