Background
The West Virginia Department of Education, Office of Infrastructure and Networking Operations is seeking bids to establish a contract for the purchase of Cellebrite software and training courses. The agency aims to enhance its capabilities in digital forensics through the acquisition of specific Cellebrite products and training services.

Work Details
The contract includes the procurement of the following items:

1. Cellebrite UFED Touch3 Ultimate SW device (1 unit) or equal.
2. Cellebrite Certified Operator & Certified Physical Analyst training courses (1 unit each).
3. Cellebrite Mobile Forensics Fundamentals (CMFF) training (1 unit).
4. Cellebrite Advanced Smartphone Analysis (CASA) training (1 unit).
5. Certified Evidence Repair Technician - Forensic (CERT-F) training (1 unit).
6. CCME Recertification Training (1 unit).
7. Cellebrite Apple Forensics Fundamentals (GAFF) training (1 unit).
8. Cellebrite Apple Intermediate Forensics (CAIF) training (1 unit).
9. Cellebrite Apple Advanced Forensics (CMF) training (1 unit).
10. Cellebrite Chip Off Forensics (CCOF) training (1 unit).
11. Cellebrite Cloud Data Examiner (CCDE) training (1 unit).
12. Cellebrite Iron Python (CIP) training (1 unit).
13. Cellebrite Digital Forensics training (1 unit).
14. Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME) training (1 unit).
15. Cellebrite Certified Premium Operator (CCPO) training (1 unit).
16. Cellebrite Pathfinder Training (CPT) training (1 unit).
17. Cellebrite Collector and Inspector Operator (CCIO) training (1 unit).
18. Cellebrite Reader software license and support services for 1 unit.
19. Cellebrite Commander Operations Manager software license for 1 unit.
20. Chainslysis Cryptocurrency Fundamentals Certification for 1 unit.
21. Cellebrite Responder Operator certification for 1 unit.
22. Cellebrite Certified Recovery Specialist certification for 1 unit.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award and will extend for one year, with potential renewal options as mutually agreed upon by the agency and the vendor.

Place of Performance
The services and products will be delivered to the West Virginia Department of Education, Office of Infrastructure & Networking Operations located at 1900 Kanawha Blvd E, Building 6, Room 550, Charleston, WV.
