5. Asphalt Section 401 - Wearing IV
6. Asphalt Section 402 - Wearing IV
7. Asphalt Section 401 - 19mm Superpave
8. Asphalt Section 401 - Scratch Course
9. Asphalt Section 402 - 9.5mm Superpave
10. Shoulder Stone Placement for Asphalt Section 307 - Class 10
11. Haul by Vendor Shoulder Stone Placement
12. Surcharges for PG Binder and ESALs
13. Various paving mobilizations and excavation services.
Each item will have specific quantities and unit prices as detailed in the pricing pages (ATT A and ATT B). Vendors must submit their bids using designated methods outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will remain effective until all required services are completed or until terminated by either party as per the terms outlined in the contract.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at various agency locations throughout West Virginia as indicated by order.
