UW-Green Bay University Union Refrigeration Repair and Maintenance

Background
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking bids for refrigeration repair and preventative maintenance services for the University Union.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of refrigeration equipment to support the university's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing preventative and routine maintenance on refrigeration equipment.

Specific services include:
1) Service Call Charge for unplanned and/or preventative maintenance service;
2) Service Call Charge for emergency or after-hours service needs, which occur outside of standard operating hours (Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM);
3) Truck Charge that may include mileage or transportation costs associated with executing the service not included in the hourly labor rate.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will remain in effect until January 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus.
