Background
The University of Wisconsin-Madison, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking bids for the purchase of a semiconductor parameter analyzer for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. This procurement aims to enhance the department's capabilities in semiconductor research and education.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of one (1) Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer. The analyzer must be delivered FOB Installed, which includes insurance coverage and any importation costs. The total price must encompass all shipping/delivery and installation costs, as well as any necessary accessories and software required for the operation of the equipment.

Additionally, training/assistance is requested as part of the service line item, which may be included at no additional cost.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled by March 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, located in Madison, Wisconsin.
