Green Bay Transit Surveillance Camera System

Background
The City of Green Bay on behalf of Metro Transit is seeking proposals for a turnkey solution which will provide a Surveillance Security Camera system to the City of Green Bay’s Transit Facility. The vendors proposed solution shall provide interfaces that will integrate existing, replacement and new cameras which will provide live and recorded video surveillance. The facility supports a fleet of 34 buses and a yearly ridership of approximately 900,000. Security and access control of the Green Bay Metro Transit facility is vital to the City of Green Bay.

Work Details
The proposed solution shall utilize proper cameras and placement to cover the Field of View per Metro Transit’s area site layout map. The solution may or may not utilize existing cameras, supply and install replacement cameras, entail removal of existing cameras or change the location of cameras. It shall include replacement wiring to cameras if applicable. The current site map includes approximately seventy (70) Indigo Vision and two (2) Motorola Avigilon IP Cameras with various camera models throughout the facility.

Period of Performance
The RFP schedule includes a site inspection on March 26, 2024, with the due date for RFP submissions by April 2, 2024.
Vendor meetings, oral presentations & demonstrations are scheduled for April 8th-April 12th.
The intent to award notification date is April 23, 2024, with the award date pending approval on May 15, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Green Bay Metro Transit facility located at 901 University Ave, Green Bay, WI 54302.
