No phone calls, emails, or other correspondence to other District staff regarding this procurement are permitted during the procurement process unless otherwise noted in writing as required as part of the solicitation process. All oral communications are unofficial and non-binding on the District. Proposers shall rely only on written statements issued by the Project Manager.
In the event that it becomes necessary to provide additional clarifying data or information, or to revise any part of this RFI, supplements or revisions will be posted on the District's Contracting Center.
The District and all records it retains are subject to Wisconsin Public Records law, sec. 19.31 et seq, Wis. Stats. To maintain fairness to any forthcoming solicitation as a result of this RFI, all RFI responses shall remain confidential and closed to an open records request, until a Request for Proposal, Notice of Intent to Award or a Request for Bid, Notice of Award, has been issued.
