Bid Packages for Portage County Health & Human Service Building Renovation

Background
The County of Portage, Wisconsin, through its Purchasing Department and Construction Manager at Risk J.H. Findorff, is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Health & Human Services Building. The goal of this contract is to establish various trade packages necessary for the successful completion of the renovation project.

- TP 01 – Earthwork and Site Utilities
- TP 02 – Building Concrete
- TP 03 – Masonry
- TP 04 – Structural Steel
- TP 05 – Studs and Drywall
- TP 06 – General Trades
- TP 07 – Roofing
- TP 08 – Glazing and Aluminum Entrances
- TP 09 – Tiling
- TP 10 – Resilient Flooring and Carpet
- TP 11 – Acoustical Ceilings
- TP 12 – Painting and Taping
- TP 13 – Fire Protection
- TP 14 – Plumbing
- TP 15 – HVAC
- TP 16 – Electrical
- TP 17 – Asphalt Paving
- TP 18 – Metal Panel.

Bidders will need to submit their proposals electronically using the provided Bid Form.

Period of Performance
The bid documents will be released on July 25, 2024, with a pre-bid walk-through scheduled for August 1, 2024. Questions from vendors are due by August 6, 2024, and bids are due by August 13, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Health & Human Services Building located at Ruth Gilfry Building, 817 Whiting Avenue, Stevens Point, WI.
