2025 Kemper Center Building Envelope Restoration Project

Background
The County of Kenosha, Wisconsin, through its Purchasing Division, is seeking bids for the restoration of the building envelope at the Kemper Center located at 6501 3rd Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53143.
This project aims to preserve and enhance the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the historic building.

Work Details
The contract includes comprehensive restoration services for the building envelope, which encompasses:
- Restoration of existing wood window sashes and frames, including replacement of storm windows at specified locations.
- Repainting of the exterior side of wood window sashes.
- Restoration of existing exterior light fixtures.
- Additional unit prices for various restoration tasks such as wood trim restoration (composite and Dutchman infill), wood sill restoration (composite and Dutchman infill), lower and upper sash replacements, glass replacements, and repointing common brick masonry areas.
All work must adhere to specified drawings and standards outlined in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence immediately upon award and is expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2025.
