Thurston County 2025 Affordable Housing & CDBG Application

Background
The Thurston County Office of Housing & Homeless Prevention is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for affordable housing projects and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects in Yelm, Tenino, Bucoda, Rainier, and Unincorporated Thurston County.

The goal of this initiative is to enhance affordable housing options and support community development within these areas.

Work Details
The RFP encompasses two main applications:
1) The 2025 Affordable Housing and CDBG Application which includes projects aimed at improving affordable housing in the specified locations;
2) The 2025 Homeless Services Grant Application focusing on the Veterans Emergency Shelter Bed Program.

Interested parties must complete the relevant application in ZoomGrants by the submission deadline.

Period of Performance
The proposals are due on February 28, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon). The RFI for Affordable Housing Capital Projects seeking funding in 2028 is also due on the same date.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed in Yelm, Tenino, Bucoda, Rainier, and Unincorporated Thurston County.
