The University of Washington is soliciting proposals from qualified Graphic Designers to develop a Project Delivery Playbook. The Playbook would be in support of the Project Delivery Group, a unit within UW Facilities which is responsible for the delivery of capital projects.
Background
The University of Washington (UW) is soliciting proposals from qualified Graphic Designers to develop a Project Delivery Playbook in support of the Project Delivery Group (PDG), a unit within UW Facilities.

The PDG is responsible for delivering capital projects that fulfill the University’s mission in teaching, research, healthcare, and innovation. This includes leading the planning, design, and construction of projects ranging from small remodels to new buildings.

Work Details
The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Project Delivery Playbook that outlines processes, guidelines, and best practices for project delivery within the PDG.

The Playbook should address various aspects of project management and delivery tailored to the needs of UW Facilities. Consultants must meet minimum requirements specified in the solicitation and be available for work in Washington State.

Period of Performance
The anticipated timeline for this project includes a kick-off meeting on February 24, 2025, following contract execution on February 20, 2025.

Specific deliverables and milestones will be outlined during the project initiation phase.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Washington State.
