The Educational & Institutional Cooperative (E&I) is soliciting proposals for Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Platform & Related Services. The resulting award will be available to E&I member organizations and institutions. Background
The Educational & Institutional Cooperative Services, Inc. (E&I) is a member-owned non-profit corporation established in 1934, focused on serving the education sector. E&I aims to assist its members, which include public and private universities, colleges, K-12 schools, and teaching healthcare facilities across the United States. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to establish a Master Agreement for a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Platform and related services that comply with member procurement requirements and provide a procurement vehicle for E&I members.

Work Details
The RFP seeks proposals for a scalable CRM solution suite designed to support the entire education lifecycle from recruitment to alumni engagement. The proposed CRM platform should include functionalities in areas such as:

- Admissions Marketing: Campaign Management, Event Management, Campaign Analytics, Marketing Automation.
- Enrollment Management: Enrollment Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Reports & Dashboards, Enrollment Data Analysis, Enrollment Performance Management.
- Education Management: Student Administrative & Academic Support, Records Management, Reporting & Analytics, Forms & Applications.
- Career Services: Continuing Education and Workforce Development.
- Alumni Relations: Commerce, Alumni Directory, Fundraising.

Related services required include consulting, implementation & integration, data migration, project management, training, and support & maintenance. Pricing should be based on discounts from specified price lists and may be structured in various ways including tiered pricing or flat fees.

Period of Performance
The Agreement term will be for five (5) years with an option for one five (5)-year renewal. Renewal requires formal written notification and mutual agreement at least one year prior to expiration.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed across various locations as determined by the participating E&I members throughout the United States.
