DNR is initiating this Solicitation to solicit proposals from firms interested in providing property management services for two residential real estate properties in DNR's portfolio. DNR desires to engage and contract with a residential property management company to manage these properties, who will then lease and operate the Pasco Residential Properties.
Background
The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals from firms to provide property management services for two residential properties in its portfolio, known as the Pasco Residential Properties. The goal is to engage a property management company that will manage, lease, and operate these properties effectively.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Pasco Residential Properties located at 875 Alderson Road and 552 Kahlotus Rd, Pasco, WA. Responsibilities include:

- Facilities maintenance
- Financial management and reporting
- Administrative duties
- Marketing and leasing
- Compliance with applicable laws

The contractor will also negotiate back rents owed since January 1, 2021, and manage repairs as identified by DNR. They must ensure compliance with all laws regarding residential property management.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on November 7, 2024, and continue through June 30, 2030. There is an option for a one-year extension at the discretion of the Agency.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed in Franklin County, specifically at the two addresses in Pasco, Washington.
