Request for Printing Services

Background
Western Washington University (WWU) is a state-funded, four-year institution of higher education located in Washington state. It operates on a September-to-June academic year and enrolls approximately 15,000 students. The university is committed to academic excellence and inclusive achievement, providing various services through its Business and Financial Affairs division.

The Print and Copy Center at WWU serves the printing needs of the campus community.

Work Details
The contract involves providing comprehensive printing services for Western Washington University. The selected vendor will work directly with the Print and Copy liaison to manage all print requests from various departments, faculty, and students. All projects must adhere to the university's graphics and branding standards. The scope of work includes:
- Professional quality printing in full color or black only for items such as:
- Business Cards
- Postcards
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Posters
- Letterhead
- Envelopes
- Booklets
- Tests
- Class Syllabus
- Thesis documents
- Sandwich Boards
- Banners
- Variable Printing.
- Oversize/Large Format Printing on various media including heavyweight matte/glossy paper, vinyl, canvas, etc., ensuring color quality and consistency.
- Bindery services including booklet making, stapling, coil binding, cutting, scoring, folding, perforating, and lamination.
- Optional on-site management of the Print and Copy Center may be included in proposals.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on December 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed on the campus of Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington.
