The Port of Bellingham is soliciting responses from qualified Surveying and/or Engineering firms to assist in the creation and approval of additional Specific Binding Site Plans within the BLI Airport General and Specific Binding Site Plan AFN 2140201921 in Whatcom County, Washington. The successful firm will also prepare legal descriptions and exhibits, as may be necessary, for utility or access easements to support multiple development projects by multiple developers that may be occurring over multiple construction seasons. Due to the multiple development project nature of this solicitation, the successful firm would work with the Port's Real Estate, Engineering and Planning Divisions to implement priorities. Responses should address the firms:1. Qualifications (60 points): Include relevant project experience and/or relevant information regarding similar subdivision processes and familiarity with Port of Bellingham property.2. Description of Approach (30 points): A detailed narrative of the approach your firm would take with this proposed multi-site, same land owner contract and the availability of required services.3.
