Background
The Health Through Housing Redmond Overlake Silver Cloud Tenant Improvement project is initiated by King County, aimed at converting an existing, occupied hotel/motel structure into permanent supportive housing.

This project aligns with the county's mission to provide affordable housing solutions and support for vulnerable populations. The work will be executed in two phases, focusing on alterations throughout the building and minor site improvements.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Addition of a covered shelter.
2. Striping of fire lanes and pedestrian walkways.
3. New glazing and roofing at the basement area.
4. Repair of bird damage.
5. Interior tenant improvements to increase laundry capacity, provide offices, and create life skills space.
6. Conversion of existing rooms into efficiency dwelling units with in-room kitchenettes and closet spaces.
7. Revisions to sprinkler systems, life safety measures, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure code compliance.

Period of Performance
