Background
Eastern Washington University (EWU) is a regional, comprehensive public university located in Cheney and Spokane, Washington. With an enrollment of over 9,000 students, EWU aims to provide an inclusive and transformative learning experience.

The university is seeking proposals for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance student engagement and recruitment efforts, as its existing contract expires on June 30, 2025. The goal is to manage interactions with prospective students effectively and foster strong relationships throughout the recruitment process.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a CRM solution that includes:
- Full implementation by July 1, 2025
- Support for diverse student populations
- An intuitive user-friendly interface
- Advanced segmentation tools for targeting prospective students
- Full integration with existing university systems
- Personalized engagement features including automated communications and SMS support
- Tracking of recruitment performance with detailed metrics
- Comprehensive data management capabilities for student records
- Customizable workflows and automated task management.

Proposals must also include a detailed implementation plan, training strategy, and support options.

Period of Performance
The contract period is tentatively scheduled to begin upon execution and last for three years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods, not exceeding a total of five years.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed in Washington State.
