Background
The State of Washington is developing a solicitation for Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment and Maintenance (EVCEM) to replace the current statewide contract 04016-EVSE, which is due to expire on 9/9/2024. The cooperative contract will be open to State Agencies and qualifying organizations in Washington State, as well as other states in the USA, including entities like University of Kansas, Indiana University, city of St. Paul in Minnesota, and Mountain Express from Crested Butte, Colorado.

This solicitation is for Electric Vehicle Chargers (EVSE) hardware, excluding turnkey solutions. The RFI pertains only to the EQUIPMENT category. The Department of Enterprise Services reserves the right to change the categories, and nothing provided in this document is guaranteed to affect the Solicitation and Contract.
