Background
The City of Spokane Water & Hydroelectric Services department is seeking qualified vendors to provide maintenance, inspection, and repair services for cranes located at their weld and upriver sites. This initiative aims to ensure the operational efficiency and safety of the cranes used in various city projects.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for maintenance, inspection, and repair services for the following cranes:

1. Weld Shop Weld South - David Round Lo-Hed Wire Rope Hoist (5 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
2. Weld Shop Weld North - David Round Lo-Hed Wire Rope Hoist (5 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
3. Upriver Spillway - Coffing/4 post Gantry (3 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
4. Upriver Powerhouse 1 - Wemco/R&M/OH Bridge (20 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
5. Well Electric Well - Shaw box/OH Bridge (10 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
6. Parkwater Well - Ederer/OH Bridge (15 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
7. Ray Well - Foote Bros/OH Bridge (10 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
8. Parkwater Chlorine - Dayton/Monorail (2 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
9. Grace Well - Shaw box/OH Bridge (15 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
10. Hoffman Well - Link Belt OH Bridge (20 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
11. Lincoln Heights Pump - Yale/OH Bridge (5 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024
12. Lincoln Heights Annex Budgit/OH Bridge (3 tons) - Last Inspection: 2024.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be determined based on the completion of maintenance and inspection services as required, with a focus on ensuring all cranes are inspected by their last inspection date in 2024.

The services will be performed at various locations within Spokane, specifically at the City of Spokane's weld shop and upriver sites.
