BC - Green House & Garden Replacement Project

Background
The BC - Green House & Garden Replacement Project is being issued by the Facility Professional Services (FPS) for Bellevue College. The project aims to replace existing greenhouse and garden facilities, enhancing the educational resources available to students and faculty.

The estimated bid cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $1,100,000.00.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete replacement of the greenhouse and garden facilities at Bellevue College. This includes all necessary construction activities, materials, and labor required to fulfill the project specifications as outlined in the project documents.

Specific tasks may include site preparation, structural work, installation of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and any other related services necessary for the completion of the project.

The original bid submittal date was February 27, 2025; however, it has been changed to March 5, 2025.
