BATES-DC Bldg.'s A&C 3 Elevators Modernization

Background
The Department of Enterprise Services is seeking bids for the modernization of three elevators at the BATES-DC Building. The project is managed by Barbara Huang and is estimated to cost between $1,100,000.00 to $1,300,000.00. The pre-bid walkthrough will take place on April 5, 2024, and bids must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM on April 24, 2024.

Work Details
The project involves the modernization of three elevators at the BATES-DC Building. Contractors are required to submit subcontractor listings for HVAC, plumbing, electrical work (Form A) with their bid proposal or within one hour after the bid submittal time/date.
Additionally, structural steel installation and rebar installation subcontractor listings (Form B) must be submitted within 48 hours after the bid submittal time/date.

Period of Performance
Bids must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM on April 24, 2024, and the pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for April 5, 2024.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed at Bates Technical College in Tacoma, WA.
