Virginia Identity Verification Solution

Background
The Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) is seeking proposals for an Identity Verification Solution on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The goal of this contract is to provide an integrated, modern, and user-friendly Identity Verification Solution that enables single-sign-on (SSO) access for Virginians to Commonwealth applications and services.

Work Details
The Supplier will provide the following services and products:
1. Identity Proofing Software/Licenses;
2. Implementation Services;
3. Integration Services;
4. Tier 2 and Tier 3 Technical Support Services;
5. Training and Communications Management.

The solution must support all phases of the identity proofing process and ensure compliance with the Requirements set forth in the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective as of the Contract Award Date and will last for a period specified in the contract terms, with options for renewal as determined by VITA.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the Commonwealth of Virginia, with specific locations to be determined based on the needs of Authorized Users.
