Background
The Virginia Cooperative Extension’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) is seeking qualified vendor(s) to partner with them in conducting a systematic needs assessment. This program aims to enhance nutrition education and promote healthy eating habits among participants in Virginia.

Work Details
The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for conducting a systematic needs assessment that includes:

1) Identifying the nutritional needs of the target population.
2) Evaluating existing resources and programs.
3) Providing recommendations for program improvements based on the assessment findings.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from February 21, 2025, to March 24, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the state of Virginia.
