The number of rooms needed each night will vary slightly.Designated Conference Registration SiteDesignated conference registration site, to be supplied with 12 ft. registration table, 4 chairs, telephone, 2 display easels, waste basket, ice water, and drinking glasses.Conference roomConference room for 12 people on Sunday from 2:00 PM 4:00 PM on the following dates:September 27, 2026September 26, 2027Meeting Room (each day)Meeting room each day with tables arranged in a classroom style with individual tables that accommodates 35 people and two large round tables in the back of the room for 10 additional faculty. Additional room requirements: head table, 6 chairs, microphones (reaching 12 feet), a podium and PowerPoint/video viewing capabilities. Dates room needed: September 27 October 2, 2026September 26 October 1, 2027Reception Space or Hospitality SuiteA room suitable for after-hours hospitality suite accommodating up to 42 attendees each night.
