Term Contract for Landscape Design Professional Architectural/Engineering Services

Background
Virginia Tech is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals for a Term Contract for professional Landscape Design services. The goal of this contract is to provide these services on an as-needed basis through Project Orders issued by the agency.

Work Details
The contractor will provide professional Landscape Design services as specified in the RFP document. These services may include, but are not limited to:

- Site analysis
- Conceptual design
- Detailed design development
- Project management related to landscape architecture.

The specific scope of work will be outlined in the Project Orders issued under this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the date of award until the completion of all Project Orders issued, with an anticipated start date following the proposal evaluation process.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations as specified in individual Project Orders issued under this Term Contract.
