Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of Corrections, is seeking a certified vendor to supply lighting fixtures for the State Farm Correctional Center. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facility's lighting with modern LED technology, ensuring compliance with operational standards and improving overall safety and efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will provide fourteen (14) LED Surface mount dimmable light fixtures. The specifications for the fixtures include:

The brand name specified is Shat – R - Shield. Delivery must be made to the State Farm Complex Main Warehouse located at 3600 Woods Way, State Farm Virginia 23160. The bid must include FOB destination pricing; any bid without freight included will be considered non-responsive. Vendors may submit equivalent products but must provide manufacturer’s product literature and cut sheets.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and delivery of goods within 15 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the State Farm Correctional Center located at 3500 Woods Way, State Farm, VA 23160.
