RFP - Time and Attendance Application, Configuration and Implementation Services

Background
The Western Virginia Water Authority (WVWA) is seeking proposals to provide professional services and software for the implementation, data validation, integration, and project management of a Time and Attendance application system.

The system will include functionality for Time and Attendance and Absence Management.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing professional services that include:
1. Implementation of a Time and Attendance application system.
2. Data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of the information within the system.
3. Integration of the new system with existing systems as necessary.
4. Project management throughout the implementation process to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract award date is July 11, 2025, with specific milestones leading up to this date including proposal submissions by April 25, 2025, and interviews/demonstrations scheduled between June 2 - June 9, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract work will primarily take place at the Western Virginia Water Authority office located at 601 S. Jefferson Street, Suite 110, Roanoke, VA 24011.
