Rfp 24-2458 Professional It Infrastructure Modernization Consulting Services

Background
The Capital Region Airport Commission issues this Request for Proposal for IT Infrastructure Modernization Consulting Services. The Commission hereby invites interested, qualified firms to submit Proposals to provide IT Infrastructure Modernization Consulting Services at Richmond International Airport. The services will be administered by the Commission's President and Chief Executive Officer and designated staff and will commence following the execution of a Contract with the selected Supplier.

Work Details
The Supplier shall provide to the Commission the following services (the “Services”): All functions, responsibilities, activities, deliveries, and tasks necessary to fulfill the technical and solution requirements, along with all related obligations of the Supplier.

The Supplier will work with the Commission’s Staff, including current IT Staff, to evaluate and understand the current IT Infrastructure and Applications. This includes formal evaluation of existing environment, detailed recommendations of enhancements, project plans, with costs and proposed schedules, upgrading agreed upon enhancements.

The Supplier shall also provide network services, application services, server & storage services, cyber security enhancements, backup and disaster recovery services, and develop a 3-5 year IT infrastructure plan for the Commission.

Period of Performance
The initial term of a contract resulting from this RFP shall be for one (1) year. The contract may be renewed by the Commission, at its sole discretion, for a period of three (3) successive one-year periods under the terms and conditions of the original contract.

Place of Performance
The services will be provided at Richmond International Airport in Virginia.
