RFP 2000003922 Enterprise eCommerce System

Background
The Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is seeking proposals to establish a contract for an integrated web-based eCommerce solution. The goal of this contract is to enable customers to pay for goods and services through the FCPS website using various electronic payment methods, including credit cards, E-check, ApplePay, GooglePay, and contactless payments.

The procurement process is conducted by the Office of Procurement Services under the authority of the Purchasing Agent of Fairfax County Government.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide an eCommerce solution that includes functionalities for menu planning, nutritional analysis, digital menus, ordering, production records, inventory management, accounting, point-of-sale systems, a parent/student payment portal, website integration, wellness policy compliance, staffing management, Virginia Department of Education reporting, free/reduced meal processing, digital menu boards, vending solutions, and digital thermometers.

Proposals must address all aspects outlined in the RFP documents including functional and technical requirements as specified in Appendices H and J. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor capable of delivering all required services.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue for a duration specified in the final agreement. Proposals are due by March 5, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at the Fairfax County Public Schools locations within Virginia.
