Background
The Department of Accounts (DOA) of the Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking market insight into Cloud-based Financial systems available as Software as a Service (SaaS).

The goal of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information on suppliers that provide implementation and support services for these systems.
