Retractable Banner stands and Interchangeable Banners/Cassettes with Hardware and Carrying cases

Background
The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) is seeking a certified vendor to provide retractable banner stands and interchangeable banners.
The agency's mission is to enhance the quality of higher education in Virginia, and this contract aims to support their promotional efforts through effective visual displays.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following items:

1. Retractable Banner Stands (interchangeable) with hardware:
- Quantity: 100
- Dimensions: Must fit 78.5" H x 31.5" W banners
- Material: Aluminum with shock cord pole assembly and stabilizing swivel feet
- Features: Weighted and interchangeable for changing banners.

2. Soft Carry Cases for Banner Stands:
- Quantity: 100
- Material: 600D Polyester with zippered closure and webbing carry handles.

3. Banners:
- Total Quantity: 400, consisting of four different designs:
- 100 of design #1 (College Nights)
- 100 of design #2 (College Application Week)
- 100 of design #3 (FAFSA Next)
- 100 of design #4 (Decision Day)
- Dimensions: Each banner must be 78.5" H x 31.5" W, printed on vinyl material that is smooth, light-blocking, waterproof, and at least 13 mil thick.
- Artwork will be provided by SCHEV in print-ready files.
- Digital proof required before printing.

4. Shipping Requirements:
- A set of banners and stands must be shipped to approximately 80 to 100 participating Virginia high schools with tracking information included.
Any remaining sets should be sent to SCHEV's address.

Period of Performance
All items must be prepared and shipped no later than January 6, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include approximately 80 to 100 high schools in Virginia, with any remaining items shipped to the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia at their Richmond office.
