Retractable Banner Stands and Interchangeable Cassettes/Banners

Background
The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) is seeking a Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) certified vendor to fulfill a procurement need. The agency's mission is to enhance the quality of higher education in Virginia. This contract aims to provide essential promotional materials for educational outreach.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for purchasing and delivering the following items:

1. 150 Deluxe Wide Base Retractable Banner stands (33" - 79") with hardware and portable carrying bags, each capable of accommodating 4 interchangeable cassettes/banners.
2. 150 FAFSA Cassettes/Banners, full color, one-sided full bleed prints on Premium Vinyl or Polypropylene/polyester, matte finish, measuring 33.5 inches x 78.5 inches.
3. 150 VCAW Cassettes/Banners, identical specifications as above.
4. 150 DDVA Cassettes/Banners, identical specifications as above.
5. 150 College Night Cassettes/Banners, identical specifications as above.

*All cassettes/banners must be made interchangeable. Proofs for all four cassettes/banners must be submitted to the agency in PDF format for approval prior to production.*

A set of four cassettes/banners (one of each type) along with one retractable banner stand should be shipped to approximately 100 to 125 participating high schools in Virginia. The remainder will be sent to the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia at their Richmond address. The bid price must include freight charges for delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence upon award, and delivery timelines will be specified by the agency after receipt of order.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include approximately 100 to 125 high schools across Virginia and the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia located at 101 North Fourteenth Street, Richmond, VA 23219.
