Background
The City of Portsmouth Police Department is seeking quotes for the procurement of three wheeled and towable trailer surveillance systems.
The goal of this contract is to enhance surveillance capabilities for the police department, ensuring effective monitoring and security in various locations.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of three (3) wheeled towable trailer surveillance systems, specifically including:
- Two (2) systems with solar power generating a minimum of 700W output.
- Battery backup options with a minimum capacity of 4800Wh for Lead Acid or 3000Wh for Lithium with Battery Management System (BMS) and low-temperature protection.
- Mast-mounted cameras capable of reaching heights over 20 feet.
- Cameras must include:
- A Pan Tilt-Zoom camera equivalent to Axis Q6318E PTX with up to 30x optical zoom and active object tracking capabilities.
- A Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera equivalent to Axis Q6100-E with up to 4K resolution, suitable for extreme temperatures and equipped with low light technology for various lighting conditions.
- Each camera should have WD QD101 onboard storage of 1TB.
- A Cradlepoint Router with LTE Cat7 (102Mbit/s) or better upload speeds (R920 or better).
- An Ethernet Switch with a minimum of 5 ports.
- A PARSEC PRO5D2L2WG 5:1 Doberman Antenna.
- The quote must be F.O.B. Destination, and no subscriptions are required.
